30 Ton Seawater Flake Ice Machine
ICEMA-BMF300 is specially designed for marine environments, producing 30,000kg of dry, loose, uniform white flake ice per day steadily. It can make ice directly from seawater without fresh water, greatly reducing operating costs. Flake ice has large contact area and fast cooling speed, perfect for large-scale seafood processing, deep-sea fishing, port terminals, chemical cooling and concrete mixing.
Full seawater corrosion-resistant design, consists of titanium alloy evaporator, Bitzer screw compressor unit, fully automatic seawater pretreatment system, large-capacity ice storage and screw conveyor system. All seawater-contact parts are made of SUS316 stainless steel or titanium alloy, with multiple anti-corrosion treatments for long-term stable operation in high-salinity environments. Modular design for easy transportation and installation, customizable configurations available.
Seawater goes through filtration and sterilization pretreatment, then enters the titanium alloy evaporator. A thin ice layer (1-2mm thick) forms quickly on the inner wall of the low-temperature evaporator. High-speed rotating stainless steel ice cutter scrapes off the ice layer to form dry flake ice, which is sent to ice storage or loaded directly via screw conveyor. The whole process runs automatically without manual intervention.

Flake ice absorbs heat during mixing to precisely control the discharge temperature, replacing part of the mixing water and preventing cracks.

Fish fillets, shrimp, etc. are layered with flake ice to cool down to below 0℃ in the shortest time, inhibiting bacterial growth.
