ICEMA-BMC20 is a heavy-duty industrial cube ice machine delivering 2,000 kg of crystal-clear, hard cube ice per day. Designed for 24/7 continuous operation, it features a stainless steel evaporator, PLC intelligent control, and efficient refrigeration system, producing cube ice with high density, slow melting, and easy storage for industrial and commercial cooling needs.
The ICEMA-BMC20 industrial cube ice machine is engineered for stable, high-volume ice production in harsh environments (ambient temperature up to 45°C). It adopts a horizontal stainless steel ice grid evaporator with individual refrigerant circuits for each ice tray, ensuring uniform ice formation and consistent cube size.
Water is evenly distributed over the ice grid; after freezing, hot-gas defrosting rapidly releases fully formed cube ice in 150–180 seconds, with residual water drained automatically for cleaner, clearer ice. The unit is equipped with a Bitzer/Refcomp high-efficiency compressor and water-cooled shell-and-tube condenser for stable heat dissipation. Water-contact parts are food-grade SUS304 stainless steel (316L optional for corrosive environments), meeting global hygiene standards.
The Siemens PLC touchscreen enables one-click operation with full auto-protection: ice-full stop, low-water alarm, high-pressure protection, and phase-sequence protection. Power supply is 380V/50Hz/3P (custom 220V/440V 60Hz available), Customized accessories, ice cube specifications and other options are also available.suitable for global industrial power grids.

Small cube ice melts slowly and does not dilute drinks quickly when added to whiskey or cocktails. It has an aesthetically pleasing appearance that meets the visual requirements of high-end catering, with no sharp edges and corners, making it safe for direct chewing.
Small cube ice does not produce a large amount of fine crushed ice in carbonated drinks, and its melting rate is controllable, ensuring the concentration of the drink remains stable for the first ten minutes to half an hour; the ice produced by the machine is clean and not easy to splash out of the cup.
The ice has good stacking properties and can be arranged into a flat ice bed, which does not scratch ingredients (such as oysters and sweet shrimp) while providing continuous display and cold storage for about 2-3 hours.
Compared with crushed ice, small cube ice is less likely to block the outlet of cold drink machines, and the risk of accidental swallowing by children or the elderly is low (no sharp edges and corners).
