By implementing a mobile solution, the client sought to prevent post-harvest spoilage caused by frequent power outages and rural infrastructure gaps.

We provided a Solar-Powered Container Cold Room integrated with a high-efficiency photovoltaic system and a robust thermal insulation package. This modular unit bypassed the need for traditional civil engineering or foundation construction, allowing for full commissioning within a 15-working-day lead time.

Insulation System: 150mm PUR (Polyurethane) panels with a density of featuring fire-retardant properties and wide-ribbed panels for structural integrity.

Refrigeration Unit: 2HP Panasonic Medium-Temperature Integrated Unit optimized for tropical climates.

Precision Components: Equipped with a Danfoss expansion valve (R404A) and a DD-22 high-efficiency air cooler for rapid heat exchange.

Sealing & Access: A 150mm thick half-buried swing doorfeaturing electric heating and safety devices to ensure a perfect airtight seal.

Smart Control: A 5P stand-alone electric control box with automated defrost functionality and a pressure balance window to prevent internal pressure build-up.

Energy Configuration: High-performance solar panels paired with battery storage to ensure continuous operation during night hours or overcast days.


4. Client Feedback


The client highlighted the "Plug-and-Play" nature of the container, noting that the 150mm thick insulation combined with solar energy significantly lowered their monthly operational costs. They specifically appreciated the system's flexibility in maintaining temperatures from which allowed them to switch between deep freezing and constant-temperature preservation for diverse produce lines.
