Product Overview

The BMF20 is engineered as a monobloc unit with the compressor, condenser, and ice-making drum housed on a single stainless steel frame. It is intended for daily intermittent or continuous operation in spaces with limited floor area. All water-contact components are food-grade SUS304, and the external panels are electro-polished for easy wash-down.


Working Principle

Water from a built-in tray is pumped to a distribution pan and flows downward over the inner wall of a refrigerated vertical drum. Refrigerant evaporates inside the double-walled drum, causing the water film to freeze instantly. A motorized reamer blade continuously scrapes off the formed ice in thin, dry flakes, which gravity-discharge into an integrated bin. Excess unfrozen water returns to the tray, preventing scale build-up.


Advantages

The unit employs a quiet scroll compressor with air-cooled finned condenser, requiring no external cooling water. A microcomputer controller automatically manages ice level, water refill, and safety cut-outs for high pressure and motor overload. An automatic bin-full sensor stops production to prevent overflow. The power supply is 220V/60Hz/1P as standard, making it suitable for small commercial outlets without three-phase power.
