30-Ton Freshwater Flake Ice Machine
ICEMA-BMF300 is a large-capacity industrial flake ice factory producing 30,000 kg of dry, free-flowing flake ice every 24 hours. It is engineered as the central ice source for major fishing ports, district cooling centers, and large concrete infrastructure projects.
The 30-ton flake ice machine is a large industrial ice-making equipment with a daily output of 30 tons. It adopts mature low-temperature continuous ice-making technology, is compatible with 380V three-phase industrial power supply, and is equipped with a high-efficiency refrigeration compression system. It features stable operation and sufficient production capacity, enabling all-weather continuous automatic ice production.
The flake ice maker produces ice through refrigeration cycle and mechanical ice scraping: after being compressed, condensed and throttled, the refrigerant enters the evaporator to absorb heat and lower the temperature. Water is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the low-temperature evaporator to form a water film, which quickly freezes into a thin ice layer via heat exchange. The rotating ice cutter then scrapes and peels off the ice layer, which falls naturally into flake ice. Unfrozen residual water flows back for recycling.
The core evaporator of the equipment is made of 304/316L stainless steel, featuring corrosion and rust resistance with high sanitary grade. The produced flake ice has uniform and adjustable thickness, with ice temperature as low as -5~-8℃. The ice is dry and loose without caking or sharp edges and corners, boasting good fluidity and a large heat exchange contact area, delivering outstanding cooling and fresh-keeping effects.
The whole machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC fully automatic control system, supporting one-click start and stop, automatic ice making, ice harvesting and full ice shutdown. It enables unattended operation and greatly reduces manual operation and maintenance costs.
The equipment adopts an optimized refrigeration circuit design and environmentally friendly refrigerant, achieving energy saving, low consumption and low failure rate. With a compact overall structure, it adapts to water-cooling working conditions and features convenient installation and commissioning.

Flake ice absorbs heat during mixing to precisely control the discharge temperature, replacing part of the mixing water and preventing cracks.

Fish fillets, shrimp, etc. are layered with flake ice to cool down to below 0℃ in the shortest time, inhibiting bacterial growth.
