Tube ice machine supports both air-cooled and water-cooled options:

Air-cooled model: No external cooling tower required, simply connect water and power to start production with a simplified installation process, ideal for customers with limited site conditions.

Water-cooled model: Requires an external cooling tower and circulating water system, offering higher heat dissipation efficiency, suitable for high-temperature enclosed workshops or high-load continuous operation scenarios.

All water-contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel (316L stainless steel optional for corrosive environments). The vertical evaporator tubes ensure even ice formation, and the automatic ice cutter produces standard tube ice with high density, slow melting, and non-sticky performance, suitable for direct food contact. Equipped with a Siemens PLC intelligent control system, it enables automatic ice making, defrosting, and cutting, with multiple safety protections for overload, high/low pressure, and water shortage, supporting stable 24-hour continuous operation.

Air-cooled or water-cooled heat dissipation is optional. The air-cooled type requires no cooling tower and features simpler installation.

Water-cooled version adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, with 316L stainless steel optional for corrosive environments.

Q: What are the site requirements for installing a tube ice machine?
A: It shall be placed on a flat, solid and dry floor with reserved ventilation and heat dissipation space. Keep it away from direct sunlight, rain exposure and corrosive gas. The floor shall be designed with a drainage slope to facilitate sewage discharge and maintenance.
Q: Are there any requirements for power supply, water pressure and inlet water of the tube ice machine?
A: Industrial models adopt standard 380V three-phase power supply, while commercial models use 220V power supply. The inlet water pressure shall be 0.02–0.8Mpa, and the inlet water temperature ranges from 2℃ to 35℃. It is recommended to connect filtered tap water or purified water.
Q: How long does it take for a new machine to produce ice normally after installation?
A: After completing installation and piping, power-on and water test, and with normal debugging parameters, qualified tube ice machine can be stably produced within 30 minutes.
Q: What are the precautions for installing air-cooled and water-cooled models?
A: For air-cooled models, ventilation clearance around all sides shall be guaranteed and closed enclosure is not allowed. For water-cooled models, a circulating cooling water tower needs to be connected to ensure unobstructed water inlet and outlet pipelines and fully open valves.
