The final solution was an ICEMA 30-ton flake ice machine equipped with international brand components, including Italy RefComp compressors, Danfoss expansion valves, Schneider electric components, Siemens PLC, and an MCGS touch screen.

The compressor system adopts four RefComp piston compressors in parallel. If one compressor has a fault, the remaining compressors can continue operating, which helps reduce downtime risk and supports continuous ice supply for seafood preservation. The parallel compressor design also allows staged capacity control. By combining multiple compressors, the system can adjust cooling output according to the actual load demand, improving operating efficiency and reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
